How to get Dying Light 2 Cyber Hands 2177?

To buy the gun Cyber Hands 2177, you need to climb the tallest building in the Central Loop's Garrison area. This building, of course, is the VNC tower. After completing the Broadcast Story mission, an elevator that you can use to reach the top is unlocked.

Once you've reached the roof of the VNC tower, all you have to do is go to the southwest direction of the building and use your glider to reach the top of the long antenna building. Then you should climb the canals on the south side of this roof and slide directly towards the top of the building in front of you. An NPC named Liquidator will be standing at the southeast corner of this roof. After talking to NPC, you can get the Cyber Hands 2177 plan from a nearby container.

As a note, some players say that the NPC we mentioned does not appear in the region. Some argue that NPC cannot appear after finishing the game's story. If you can't find the NPC even though you went to the area, you can try again after you go a little further in the story.
