We will explain to you in detail how you should use the tactic before you reflect your tactics in your Football Manager 2023 career. If you carefully read these instructions and recommendations, you can quickly adapt the tactic to your team.
- It is based on 4-4-2 as a tactical arrangement. That's why your entire team should be fast and aggressive players.
- Don't forget to make friendly matches after you set your tactic. These friendly matches will help you get through the adaptation process as soon as possible.
- Likewise, you need to have tactical and compatibility training to eliminate the compatibility problem. Add heavy tactics and compatibility training to your workout schedule for the next 2 weeks.
- Make sure your 4 forward players are setters. The pass ability should be at least 12. Your wing forwards should also be 12 in the same way.
- Make sure that the marking and ball cutting feature of your 2 players in the midfield is at least 10. Especially in the defensive player, the ability to cut 15 or more balls will save lives. In addition, you should play with high courage players.
- With this tactic, your only goal should be to score as many goals as you can. If you concede 2 goals, you will be able to score 5 goals. Therefore, do not score 1 goal and pull the team back, except in extreme cases. On the contrary, you can make motivational speeches for them to constantly attack and play eagerly.
