When going up with the elevator, you should jump on the ledge in the middle of the road and go out of the roof in the corner. You will encounter Siegward and one Fire Demon. You have to jump down and fight Fire Demon. Siegward will also help you. After Fire Demon's death, you should talk to Siegward. Here, it will give you Siegbrau, Toast and Sleep Emote as a reward.

As players progress throughout the story, they will go to the area called Cathedral of the Deep. Siegward will be stuck in the well just outside the cathedral gates, but the players will not be able to talk to him immediately. Players will first have to advance in the area and open both giant door sets. The first is easy, but the second one opens through the field, moving towards the other side of the giants.

Get in the elevator and open the door. After the door opens, players can talk to Siegward in the well and find out that their armor has been stolen. After receiving the key, players will have to go to the roof of the old church where they will fight with an enemy NPC that will drop Logan's Scroll.
